Double Room Comfort
These rooms are located on the ground floor or 1st floor (no lift) and are furnished with custom-made furniture from a local carpenter. There is a double bed and a high-quality (sofa) bed, a desk, a wardrobe and plenty of storage space. A flatscreen TV hangs on the wall and WLAN is of course freely available. The windows have insect screens, shutters and triple glazing.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with low entry, underfloor heating, hairdryer and WC.

The family room is located on the ground floor, is wheelchair accessible (please ask for details) and has its own garden access with cosy seating area.
The room is divided into a spacious double room with direct garden access and safe and a living area, which is suitable as a bedroom for 2 people thanks to the high-quality pull-out couch. The barrier-free bathroom with shower and WC has grab rails, 2 emergency call facilities, a washbasin that can be moved underneath, shower stool and hairdryer.
Both rooms in the unit each have a separate LCD TV, a wardrobe and a desk.

The bathroom is very bright due to a large opaque window and the shower is almost barrier-free accessible. There is also a hairdryer.
All windows are equipped with insect screens and roller shutters.
